How to Order
1. Initial Inquiry
Contact us with your event date, guest count, and any special requirements. We'll provide recommendations and pricing.
2. Menu Consultation
We'll work together to design your perfect pastry selection, taking into account dietary needs, preferences, and presentation requirements.
3. Confirmation & Payment
Once your order is finalized, we'll send a detailed confirmation and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your date.
4. Pickup or Delivery
Your order will be beautifully packaged and ready for your specified time. Delivery available within 20 miles for orders over $150.
Catering Guidelines
Lead Times
• Standard trays: 48 hours
• Premium items: 72 hours
• Large events (50+ people): 1 week
• Holiday periods: 2 weeks
Minimum Orders
• Catering minimum: $75
• Delivery minimum: $150
• Custom orders: $100
Cancellation Policy
• 48+ hours: Full refund
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
Payment
50% deposit to confirm order, balance due on pickup/delivery. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
